My Diet Tip:
I have lost more than two stone (24 pounds) in the last year easily and simply, without even trying. To boost my health, I slowly cut down the amount of cooked, processed foods in my diet and added in lots of RAW fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, green vegetable juices and smoothies. My own homemade delicious RAW Cacao Chocolates made with Cacao Powder, Cacao Butter, Agave Nectar and Coconut Oil and homemade Trail Mixes made from Nuts, Seeds and Berries and other Superfoods are all the decadent treats I need and no longer crave biscuits, pastries and chocolates from the supermarket.

Trail Mix Recipe:
Fill a small container with 2-3 Brazil Nuts, 3-4 Almonds, 3-4 Walnuts, 5-6 Cashew Nuts, a small handful of Sunflower Seeds, small handful of Raisins, a few Goji Berries (vary these with more exotic nuts when possible, such as Macadamia Nuts, Pecan Nuts, Pumpkins Seeds, Hemp Seed, also dried fruits such as Dates, Figs and Coconut Flakes). Eat during the day and it works wonderfully to keep your energy levels high and stop the cravings for junk food and sweet things.
